Planet Friendly Promotional Gifts

A few years ago when you mentioned the words ‘eco’ or ‘recycled’ products in the world of promotional gifts you would have been offered products like the cardboard tube pen, the stylish wooden pens or the recycled notepads that felt horrible to use and to be honest it doesn’t show your business in the best possible light!

Well that is now a distant memory. Over the past few years promotional gifts manufactures have been working hard to offer the ‘eco’ or ‘recycled’ option that meets the quality standards set by the none ‘eco’ and ‘recycled’ products and at a more realistic price point.

So now days you wouldn’t even know that the promotional mouse mats that I use is made from 99.9% recycled car tyres, or the pen that I write with is made from corn starch and if you put it in the ground over 80% of it would bio degrade.

My favourite ‘eco’ promotional gift’s at the moment is the dynamo torch. This is a stylish torch that fits nicely in your hand and is available in red, blue or black. It is the perfect item to keep in the car or kitchen cupboard as with no batteries it is always ready to light your way. Simply squeeze the trigger on the side and it charges up the dynamo. If the light goes off simply squeeze the trigger some more!

A new and exciting range of water powered products have recently introduced to the market earlier in the year. These include the ‘water powered clock’ which is available in a few different models in different sizes. All you need to do is keep it topped up with water and as if by magic the clock works!

Keep your eyes open as there are sure to be many more promotional gifts that tick the green box coming over the coming months and years!

We enjoy speaking to people and helping them get the most out of promotional gifts. So please feel free to pick up the phone and call FREE 0800 630 0087 and we will be more than happy to talk through any promotional questions or situations with you.
